IPsoft definition
IPsoft means Amelia US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, OR IPsoft Government Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, if Partner is located in the United States of America and certain other jurisdictions. If Partner is located outside the United States of America, “IPsoft” means IPsoft EU Holding B.V.
IPsoft means the IPsoft entity set forth on the first page of this Framework Agreement, as well as its Affiliates and/or subsidiaries worldwide, as may be applicable from the context.
IPsoft. “We,” or “Us” refers to the IPsoft Contracting Entity with whom You have entered into an Agreement or an Order referencing these IPsoft License Terms. These IPsoft License Terms are not, in themselves, a license to any IPsoft Properties or Product. These IPsoft License Terms must be interpreted with respect to Your Agreement and the applicable Order, and together with Your Agreement and the respective Order, constitutes Your sole and entire agreement with respect to the subject matter of IPsoft License Terms, except to the extent Your Agreement or the applicable Order explicitly supersedes the subject matter of specific provisions herein .

IPsoft means the IPsoft entity which is a party to this DPA, as specified in the section “Application of this DPA ” above, being IPsoft Incorporated, a New York corporation; IPsoft EU Holding B.V. a company incorporated in the Netherlands; IPsoft Global Services Private Limited, an Indian private limited company; IPsoft Japan K.K., a Japanese kabushiki kaisha; IPsoft Canada Inc., a Canadian national corporation; IPsoft GmbH, a German corporation; IPsoft UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales; and IPsoft Sweden AB, a Swedish company, as appropriate (and as may be expanded or reduced from time-to-time).
IPsoft. “We,” or “Us” refers to the IPsoft contracting party and the relevant affiliate(s) that is providing support and maintenance under this Schedule.
