IPsoft definition

IPsoft means Amelia US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, OR IPsoft Government Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, if Partner is located in the United States of America and certain other jurisdictions. If Partner is located outside the United States of America, “IPsoft” means Amelia NL B.V.

IPsoft. “We,” or “Us” refers to the IPsoft Contracting Entity with whom You have entered into an Agreement or an Order referencing these IPsoft License Terms. These IPsoft License Terms are not, in themselves, a license to any IPsoft Properties or Product. These IPsoft License Terms must be interpreted with respect to Your Agreement and the applicable Order, and together with Your Agreement and the respective Order, constitutes Your sole and entire agreement with respect to the subject matter of IPsoft License Terms, except to the extent Your Agreement or the applicable Order explicitly supersedes the subject matter of specific provisions herein .

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement.   • SMI means the a supplier managed inventory service (consignment or imprest stock option) as described further in Call Off Schedule 9;

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.
