IPS Client definition
IPS Client means, in the case of each IPS Agreement, the party other than IPS and WU to such IPS Agreement.

In addition, WU may use IPS’ Confidential Information regarding IPS Clients for the purposes contemplated by Schedule 2.1 (A), Section 1 (b); provided, that such use is not in contravention of any agreement between IPS and the applicable IPS Client or such use is not prohibited by law.
