IPS Bid Request definition
IPS Bid Request means a request for bids to purchase IPSs (to be issued by the Company on the IPS Delivery Date) made by the Debenture Trustee in accordance with the IPS Interest Payment Election Notice and which shall make the acceptance of any bid conditional upon the acceptance of sufficient bids to result in aggregate net proceeds from such issue and sale of IPSs which, together with the cash payments by the Company, if any, equal the Interest Obligation;
