IPS Agreements definition
IPS Agreements means the contracts listed on Schedule 2.1 (B), including any renewals thereof, and the contracts executed pursuant to Schedule 2.1 (A), Section 1 (b) hereof.
IPS Agreements has the meaning specified in the RMO Agreement.

The IPS Agreements referenced on the Contract Schedule are all of the agreements, contracts or understandings that have been entered into by IPS and are currently in force with sellers of Money Orders or pursuant to which Money Orders are sold.
IPS has good and valid title to all of the POS Equipment and the IPS Agreements, free and clear of all Encumbrances.
Effective upon the execution of this Agreement, the restrictions on the term of IPS Agreements contained in the RMO Agreement will no longer apply.
