IPR Licences definition

IPR Licences means any licences, sub-licences, agreements, consents, authorisations and permissions, whether express or implied, which make provision for the use, enjoyment and/or exploitation by:
IPR Licences means licences granted to any Group Company by a third party for use of material IPR.
IPR Licences means all licenses granted by AskMen, PCI or Seller permitting third parties to use the Intellectual Property Rights or granted by third parties to AskMen, PCI or Seller to use Intellectual Property Rights (other than any “off-the-shelf” licenses acquired by AskMen, PCI or Seller that are not material to the Business);

Examples of IPR Licences in a sentence

  • So far as the Vendor is aware all SF IPR Licences material to any part of the SF Business and all Private Label Arrangements, are binding in all material respects.

  • The Sellers have not, in the last 12 months, received written notice of any circumstances which are likely to give rise to a material default by the Company or other parties under the IPR Licences or IPR Agreements.

  • The foregoing licences shall be subject to the terms, conditions and scope of the relevant Seller’s Group IPR Licences or Third Party IPR Licences, including as regards confidentiality.
