IPPO means Institutional Probation Parole Officer. A probation/parole officer who serves as a parole liaison for inmates, institutional staff, Community Supervision staff, and the Board of Parole (BOP).

  • Where a Party has provided Background Material and Third Party Material for the Project, that Party grants the other Party, subject to any restrictions or encumbrances specified in the IPPO Register, an irrevocable royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use the Background Material and Third Party Material contributed by it for the purpose of internal research or education.

  • The Research Organisation warrants that except as disclosed in the IPPO Register in Schedule 2, to the best of its knowledge at the date of this Contract having made all reasonable enquiries, all Background Material and Third Party Material contributed to the Project by it will be able to be used royalty-free for the conduct of the Project and all reasonably foreseeable dissemination or Commercialisation of Project Outputs in accordance with this Contract.

  • Each Party must provide Background Material and Third Party Material to the Project, as specified in the IPPO Register.

  • The Transferor must: record any transfer of Items constituting Project Outputs on the IPPO Register; immediately notify the other Party to this Contract if the third party breaches any term of the Approved MTA.

  • Each Party grants the other Party an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use the Project Outputs for the purposes of internal research or education subject to clauses 9.9(b) and (c) and any restrictions or encumbrances specified in the IPPO Register.

  • If approved by GRDC, the PO Partner will record such restrictions or encumbrances in the LEIFS IPPO Register and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ Data Management Plan and any applicable LEIFS Project IPPO Register and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ Project Data Management Plan.
