Any IPPA Agreement referenced throughout and executed pursuant to this Agreement shall by reference be subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement as though it was attached hereto.
The work authorized by the IPPA shall be completed and delivered to the Owner as stated in the IPPA.
The IPPA shall specify the design consulting services required for the Individual Project and shall state the maximum compensation authorized for the work specified in the IPPA.
