IPOCo definition
IPOCo means a Person formed to acquire, directly or indirectly, Equity Interests of the Company in order to undertake an initial public offering of such Person’s Capital Stock.
IPOCo means a Subsidiary or joint venture of the Company that has a class of Capital Stock listed on a United States national securities exchange.
IPOCo has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
