IPO Security definition

IPO Security means, with respect to any IPO, the class of Common Equity offered in connection with such IPO.
IPO Security means, with respect to any Initial Public Offering, the class of Common Equity offered to the public in connection with such Initial Public Offering.
IPO Security means a security identical to the securities issued and sold to the public in the Company’s IPO (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any component securities thereof).
