The IPIU SDS will consider the resource base of APs and their socio- economic characteristics and preferences to develop appropriate income restoration schemes.
While other functional areas of the Department (see below) will continue to interact directly with the IPIU, Criminal Justice Governance has been assigned primary responsibility for overseeing the IPIU from a corporate governance perspective.
