IPH means the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro established pursuant to the Decision of the Government of Montenegro of February 1, 2002 published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 3/2002, as amended, and registered with the Commercial Court in Podgorica on May 16, 2002, under the number 8- 0005753/001, or any successor or successors thereto.
