IPC Financial Statements definition

IPC Financial Statements means (i) the balance sheets of IPC as of December 31, 2004 and 2005 and the income statements of IPC for each of the years ended December 31, 2004 and 2005, in each case, as set forth in Schedule L to IPC’s U.S. Corporate Income Tax Return (Form 1120) for the calendar years December 31, 2004 and 2005, and (ii) the balance sheets of IPC and the income statements of IPC as of August 31, 2006 and for any periods requested subsequent thereto.
