IPA ANCILLARY PROVIDER definition
IPA ANCILLARY PROVIDER means a provider of ancillary health care services who or which have contracted with IPA, directly or indirectly, as an independent contractor and listed in Schedule 1.14, as the same may be amended or updated from time to time. Any facility or provider owned, operated or managed by IPA and duly licensed under Florida law, if applicable, that is eligible for participation under the programs established by Titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act shall automatically be deemed added to Schedule 1.14 upon notice and acceptance by HMO; provided the additional facilities or providers meet the applicable credentialing criteria, pursuant to Section 3.3.
