IP Transit Service definition

IP Transit Service means the Internet connectivity service provided to the Customer for access to the Internet enabled by a Local Access Circuit, and/or a Cross Connect, which may or may not include Company Supplied Equipment. The connecting of the Customer Location with a Company POP is accomplished through either of the following methods.
IP Transit Service means a service where one network operator pays another for carrying its traffic and accessing the global Internet. It includes the obligation to carry traffic to third parties.
IP Transit Service means the deployment of the physical and commercial connections maintained by the Company in Sydney, to enable telecommunications traffic on the cable system, to be delivered to and received from the Internet;

Examples of IP Transit Service in a sentence

  • Any rebate for unavailability of the IP Transit Service due to DDoS attack is in addition to any service level rebates claimed for Incidents in relation to the IP Transit Service and only applies to the Monthly Recurring Fees associated with DDoS Detect and DDoS Protect and is limited to 100% of these fees.
