IP Technology definition

IP Technology. Group Business Unit Addendum dated October 1, 1997
IP Technology means Licensed Patents, Licensed Materials, and Technology Data licensed or sublicensed or provided to BiOS LICENSEE under the terms of this Agreement.
IP Technology means any idea, concept, discovery, invention, development, technology, work of authorship, trade secret, software, firmware, tool, process, technique, know-how, data, plan, device, architecture, specification, design, algorithm, program, code, documentation or other material or information of IP on the date hereof, tangible or intangible, whether or not it may be patented, copyrighted or otherwise protected (including all versions, modifications, enhancements and derivative works thereof) and including any and all patent rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights and all other intellectual and industrial property rights therein or thereto, of any sort, throughout the world (including any application therefor).

Examples of IP Technology in a sentence

  • For clarity, the foregoing license shall not include a license with respect any Provider IP Technology, Behavioral Modeling Terms and Processes, or De-Identified or Aggregated Data Sets.

  • Unless the context otherwise requires, all references in this Article III to “Parent” shall be treated as being a reference to Parent, IP Technology Services Holdings, Inc.

  • The first subsidiary will market the IP Technology as defined below.

  • Any other governing terms related to aspects of New IP, Technology transfer, licensing arrangements and/or profit sharing shall be determined by The Fund Recipients after BIRAC approval and will be in the manner as set out in the Memorandum of Understanding(MoU), copy whereof is attached as Schedule 5.

  • Item 5 Background IP Technology, know-how and Confidential Information and all Intellectual Property Rights belonging to or under the control of a Party as at the Commencement Date remain their property.
