IP Suspension definition
IP Suspension means an automatic suspension (until the satisfaction of either condition set forth in subpart (c) below) of AOL’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement in response to the occurrence of (x) or (y) above (a “Suspension Period”), but during which Suspension Period all other terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, including without limitation Google’s obligation to make all payments required by Sections 5.1 and 5.2 above (and such payments shall not be subject to refund under Section 5.2(b)).
