IP Register definition

IP Register means the register set out in Annexure C, as updated in accordance with clause 25.4. Foreground IP means any IP created under (or otherwise in connection with the performance of) this contract. Key Person means a person identified in item 14 of the CSS. Key Subcontract means a Subcontract entered into with a Key Subcontractor. Key Subcontractor means a person identified as a ‘Key Subcontractor’ in item 12 of the CSS as updated from time to time. Loss means any liability, loss, damage, costs, compensation or expense (including the cost of any settlement and legal costs and expenses on a solicitor and own client basis).
IP Register means the register referred to in clause 7.3.
IP Register means the register specified in clause 17.2.

More Definitions of IP Register

IP Register means the register of IP relevant to the performance of the Project that is referred to in clause 4.18; Key Personnel means Personnel of the Research Providers described as Key Personnel in Item 3 of Schedule A;
