IP Register definition

IP Register means the register set out in Annexure C, as updated in accordance with clause 25.4. means any IP created under (or otherwise in connection with the performance of) this contract. means a person identified in item 14 of the CSS. means a Subcontract entered into with a Key Subcontractor. means a person identified as a ‘Key Subcontractor’ in item 12 of the CSS as updated from time to time. means any liability, loss, damage, costs, compensation or expense (including the cost of any settlement and legal costs and expenses on a solicitor and own client basis).
IP Register means the register referred to in clause 7.3.
IP Register means the register of Intellectual Property to be developed and maintained by the Alliance Director under clause 13. KPI means the key performance indicators determined by the Management Committee under clause 3.6(e) from time to time.

Examples of IP Register in a sentence

  • If the IPO is connected to the IP Register blockchain network for the purposes of TMview and/or DesignView, then the royalty-free license to download bulk and incremental updates of data is extended to those IPOs of the network that the IPO will choose to share data with.

  • In case the IPO is integrated through IP Register, then shall be also responsible for hosting the data of other IPOs integrated to the blockchain.

  • Note: An additional obligation is imposed on the Parties concerning the IP Register if clause 55 applies – see CSS item 11.

  • The IP Register is available centrally within the CompBioMed intranet.

  • We coordinate the Centre’s ‘incubation’ activities with SMEs and other industrial stakeholders, wherein we monitor novel ideas via our IP Register, determine suitable candidates for entry into the Innovation Management Process, then where appropriate nurture them on the road to the marketplace.

  • This includes the exploitation of the existing IP Register created in phase 1, for the recording of any background/results intellectual property association, an incubator/accelerator register, listing a number of CompBioMed centres dedicated to the exploitation of HPC and related e-infrastructures, and the External Expert Advisory Board (EEAB), which is a group of industrialists, academics and clinical practitioners offering advice and support on the ▇▇▇’▇ solutions.

IP Register means all:
