IP Port definition

IP Port means the interface in the router connected to the IP Network of any supplier for IP bi-directional traffic to the Internet, which may eventually allow AOL's connection to the Internet.

Related to IP Port

  • Software licensing agreement means any agreement, regardless of how designated, that defines the intellectual property rights for, or the rights to use, any software product. A software licensing agreement must address only terms directly associated with licensing the right to use the software and must not address any of the work governed by the contract or any services (other than warranty services regarding the software code or associated documentation).

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this ▇▇▇▇ to the Licensee;

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).
