IP OSS/BSS definition

IP OSS/BSS means the Initial Class A Member's internet protocol operations support system and business support system developed with the Initial Class B Member pursuant to the arrangements contemplated by the IP OSS/BSS MOU.

  • With respect to the Company's use of the IP OSS/BSS for its internal functions, such license will be on a royalty-free basis until the earlier of a Qualified Public Offering and the expiration of the Term.
