IP Notices definition
IP Notices means, collectively, (a) with regard to any Copyrights, a Notice of Grant of Security Interest in Copyrights for filing with the U.S. Copyright Office, (b) with regard to any Patents, a Notice of Grant of Security Interest in Patents for filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and (c) with regard to any Trademarks, a Notice of Grant of Security Interest in Trademarks for filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in each case of the foregoing clauses (a) through (c), substantially in the form of the applicable Exhibit to the Security Agreement (or such other form as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent) that are, or are required to be, filed under, or in connection with, the Security Agreement.
