IP Manager definition

IP Manager means American (or any of its affiliates to the extent a permitted successor or assign), in its capacity as IP Manager under the IP Management Agreement, or any Successor Manager (as such term is defined under the IP Management Agreement).
IP Manager means Azul Linhas in its capacity as the manager under the Management Agreement.
