IP Management Agreement definition
IP Management Agreement means that certain Management Agreement among Loyalty Co, HoldCo 2, the IP Manager and the Master Collateral Agent pursuant to which the IP Manager will provide certain services to Loyalty Co and HoldCo 2 with respect to AAdvantage Intellectual Property, substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto.
