IP Gas definition
IP Gas or the "IPC" emblem or any other mark in which one or the other of these elements appears. From and aft▇▇ ▇he Closing, Sellers and Dynegy will not and will cause their respective Affiliates not to use such items. Sellers and Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide that no Permits shall identify Dynegy or any of its Affiliates, on the one hand, and EED or any of its Affiliates, on the other hand, as joint owners or operators of any equipment or property.
