To the extent the Deliverables incorporate Consultant’s IP, Consultant gives Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except to Client’s Affiliates and permitted assigns), perpetual, royalty- free, worldwide right to use such Consultant’s IP for Client’s internal business purposes solely in connection with such Deliverables.
