IP Breach definition
IP Breach means any breach of a representation or warranty contained in Section 2.13 Note 1 “IP Indemnification Cap” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(c).
IP Breach means a breach of a representation and warranty related to Intellectual Property and/or to Intellectual Property Rights (whether made under Section 3.9 or otherwise).
