IP Advisor definition

IP Advisor means M*CAM, Inc., or such other professional selected by the Reorganized Debtor and the GUC Trust Trustee for the purpose of identifying, structuring, and executing IP Transactions pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the GUC Trust Settlement Agreement.
