IoT SIM means a SIM Card and/or a SIM Profile.

IoT SIM means the card or chipset used on the Curiosity Core Network or an International IoT Network and managed through the Curiosity IoT Services platform, that contains the designated PLMN ID and IMSI range designated by Sprint, and utilizes a non-dialable mobile station international subscriber directory number (“MSISDN”), in accordance with this Annex and the Agreement.

Examples of IoT SIM in a sentence

  • The Service enables machine-to-machine communications between Users’ IoT devices using the Console Connect IoT SIM and the Customer’s required termination point(s) which may be the public internet or 3rd party service providers or Customer’s designated data centers via the Service platform’s Shared APN, Semi-Private APN or Private APN.

  • Any specific number range associated with an IoT SIM is and remains Three’s property and Three reserves the right to issue written instructions to the Customer in connection with the Customer’s use of any such proprietary number range (including issuing instructions directing the Customer to stop using certain numbers) and the Customer agrees to comply with such instructions.

  • Furthermore, reactiva- tion of a temporarily deactivated IoT SIM (see clause 3.3 sentence 2 of these GTC) will only take place once 1NCE can record full receipt of pay- ment in respect of an additional Quota purchased by the Customer at a later date.

  • No compensation for any unused Quota that may still exist at the time of termination of the contract with regard to the relevant IoT SIM shall be paya- ble to the Customer.
