IoT Connectivity definition

IoT Connectivity means the ability of IoT devices to connect and communicate with each other over the internet, through wired or wireless networks.
IoT Connectivity. Means the connectivity services granted to you by SPTel to enable you to collect data traffic from the Registered Device and transmission to the IoT Platform. The connectivity service is provided via secured gateway for different types of sensors data aggregation installed at various locations. The onboarding and configuration of the gateways are provided by SPTel. Available service schemes are: i) Managed LoRaWAN Gateway ii) Gateway Resell iii) Bring Your Own Gateway (BYOG)
IoT Connectivity means the mobile cellular connectivity (subject to network coverage, availability, and congestion) to IOT devices, applications, sensors, trackers, gateways and/or network routers.

Examples of IoT Connectivity in a sentence

  • An agreement on TDC Business IoT Connectivity entitles the customer to use TDC’s network and foreign networks for telemetry purposes, in exchange for a fixed monthly payment.

  • A list of countries and usage prices for the customer’s agreement on TDC business IoT Connectivity will be stated in a separate agreement between the customer and TDC.

  • TDC Business IoT Connectivity includes data connections via shared APN.

  • Information about the prices for TDC Business IoT Connectivity in force at any time and about the possibilities of combining an agreement on TDC Business IoT Connectivity with TDC’s other products and discount agreements can be obtained by contacting TDC.

  • The following definitions are used in in conjunction with IoT Connectivity Services.

  • The following terms and conditions apply to TDC Business IoT Connectivity subscriptions in addition to the Subscription Terms for TDC’s Mobile Services.

  • In the event of a conflict between the terms, these separate terms and condi- tions for TDC Business IoT Connectivity will take precedence.

  • The content of TDC Business IoT Connectivity is described in fur- ther detail in the related product sheet.

  • It is a precondition of an agreement on TDC Business IoT Connectivity that the customer’s terminal is designed for this and that the customer’s terminal and any other equipment is set up correctly for telemetry use.

  • If the cus- tomer’s usage volume or pattern differs significantly from the customer’s pre- dicted usage, TDC reserves the right to change the prices for the customer’s agreement on TDC Business IoT Connectivity.
