IOSCO MMoU definition

IOSCO MMoU means the multilateral memorandum of understanding concerning consultation and cooperation and the exchange of information established by the International Organization of Securities Commissions to which the SEC and the SFC are both signatories.
IOSCO MMoU means the IOSCO Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Consultation and Cooperation and the Exchange of Information (revised from time to time) to which the OSC and AFM are signatories, which covers primarily information sharing in the context of enforcement matters.
