IOB Materials definition
IOB Materials mean those specific tangible materials that are proprietary to IOB as described in the accompanying Material Transfer Sheet and provided for the purpose of conducting the Research Plan.

In conducting the Research Plan Activities, each Party may provide certain of its Materials to the other Party, the transfer of which shall be documented in writing by a material transfer sheet (“Material Transfer Sheet”) describing the IOB Materials or Affinia Materials, as applicable being transferred and the amounts provided.
