Involuntary Separation without Cause definition
Involuntary Separation without Cause means a termination of employment by the Company for reasons other than substantial failure to perform duties, material violation of Company policies, unethical activities, misconduct, fraud, or commission of an illegal act; provided, that, Involuntary Separation without Cause does not include a resignation or a voluntary separation from employment, in either case initiated by a Participant.
