Invoicing Services definition

Invoicing Services means the Invoicing Services feature of the Direct Services for Small Business that enables the Depositor, through any Signing Officer, Read Only Delegate, Initiator Delegate, or Non Signer to generate invoices for the Depositor’s customers, send invoices to the Depositor’s customers, update and track the status of invoices and otherwise manage the Depositor’s invoices.

Invoicing Services means invoicing services that we make available for use by or on behalf of Businesses and Business Users which allow the Business to send invoices to customers, update and track the status of invoices, and otherwise manage such invoices. To the extent that we make Invoicing Services available, such Invoicing Services are included in the definition of Small Business Services under Part 8 above.

Invoicing Services means the services that we may offer you to enable you to create, send and track invoices to your customers electronically from your Moneris GO Portal account and which allow your customers to make payments to you online using the Moneris payment processing platform.

Examples of Invoicing Services in a sentence

• You acknowledge that such consent is required for the provision of the Invoicing Services, and that if you withdraw your consent your participation in the Invoicing Services may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

• You acknowledge and agree that we do not represent or warrant that the Invoicing Services will meet your requirements, that the Invoicing Services will be reliable, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any errors in the technology used to provide the Invoicing Services will be corrected.

• You consent to our disclosing to Central 1 Credit Union specific data relating to your involvement in and use of the Invoicing Services, including data about your customers and the timeliness of their payments.

• Supplier’s responsibilities for Financial and Chargeback Management and Invoicing Services include the tasks, subtasks, and Deliverables set forth in Table 34 (Financial and Chargeback Management and Invoicing Services Responsibilities) below, and any additional tasks, subtasks, or Deliverables that must be performed in order for County to meet state and federal regulatory reporting requirements.

• We reserve the right to restrict, change, suspend, cancel or permanently terminate your Invoicing Services or your PAYD account if your access or use of the Invoicing Services or your PAYD account is impairing or adversely affecting the operations or the use of the Invoicing Services by others, is in breach of this Schedule or the Agreement or we feel, in our sole discretion, that the continued provision of the Invoicing Services to you would expose us to a level of risk that we deem unacceptable.

• EESI will, during any Month for which EMW has requested that EESI provide the Full Management Services (other than the Invoicing Services), adjust as deemed necessary the quantity then currently Scheduled with all Transporters, perform imbalance trades and settlements and all other activities deemed necessary to assure compliance with the Scheduling tolerances of the Transporters (the "IMBALANCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES").

• Any such use by a third party will be deemed to be use of the Invoicing Services by you, whether or not done with your knowledge or consent.

• You agree that we can, at our discretion, screen, edit or remove any invoice posted or stored using the Invoicing Services if we deem an invoice or your business relating to such invoice to be unlawful or inappropriate.

• The functions, activities, and services that Business Associate performs for Covered Entity are defined in Invoicing Services for EMS (the "Underlying Agreement").

• You may provide feedback, suggestions, comments, improvements and ideas related to the Invoicing Services (collectively "Feedback") to Moneris but you are not required to do so.

More Definitions of Invoicing Services

Invoicing Services means the services that we may offer you to enable you to create, send and track invoices to your customers electronically (using email or SMS text message) from your PAYD account and which allow your customers to make payments to you online using the Moneris payment processing platform.

Invoicing Services has the meaning set forth in the Reuters Terminated Services Schedule.

Invoicing Services means the work to be performed by the Successful Bidder which will be described in the Contract;
