Invoice Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.

The Provider and the Recipient shall each nominate from time to time one coordinator to act as the primary person with respect to the preparation (in case of the Provider) and payment (in case of the Recipient) of the monthly invoice (each coordinator, an Invoice Coordinator).
Each Party shall have an Invoice Coordinator in place at all times.
