Limitation Date means the first of March 20, June 20, September 20 or December 20 in any year to occur on or immediately following the date that is one of the following numbers of years after the Restructuring Date: 2.5 years (the "2.5-year Limitation Date"), 5 years, 7.5 years, 10 years (the "10- year Limitation Date"), 12.5 years, 15 years, or 20 years, as applicable. Limitation Dates shall not be subject to adjustment in accordance with any Business Day Convention.
Availability Termination Date means, as to any Borrower, the earlier of (a) the Maturity Date for such Borrower and (b) the date of termination in whole of the Aggregate Commitment and the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.8 or Section 8.1 hereof.
Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer shall have been made).
Initiation Date means the date on which a financial creditor, corporate applicant or operational creditor, as the case may be, makes an application to the Adjudicating Authority for initiating corporate insolvency resolution process;
Loan Termination Date means each day on which a deposit is made into the Collateral Account in respect of Terminated Loans.
