Invited Tender definition
Invited Tender means a competitive process in which qualified suppliers or Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for construction of infrastructure or for supply of specific and clearly defined goods or services, during a specified timeframe;
Invited Tender means written or formal offers submitted by a number of specific vendors, as selected by the Township, for the purpose of supplying stipulated goods or services at a competitive price.
Invited Tender means that the tender is limited to a selected list of qualified contractors who are invited to submit a bid on the tendering project;
