Invite definition

Invite means an invite to participate in the Promotion by way of either: (i) an email sent directly by eToro; or (ii) advertisement tool (i.e., banner, newsletter, button or other similar method) facilitated by the Advertiser.

  • Accordingly, by participating in the Creative Invite, Artist agrees that Artist has read the terms of this Agreement, and agrees fully and unconditionally to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and the decisions of the Judges, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to the Creative Invite.

  • In order to participate in the Creative Invite, Artist must fully comply with the terms on the Creative Invite Site, these Official Rules, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (this “Agreement”).

  • Designate means the entity described in section 4.2;

An observer shall not provide or direct hands-on patient care, regardless of the observer’s level of training or supervision. The supervising physician may authorize an observer to read a chart, observe a patient interview or examination, or witness procedures, including surgery. An observer shall not chart; touch a patient as part of an examination; conduct an interview; order, prescribe or administer medications; make decisions that affect patient care; direct others in providing patient care; or conduct procedures, including surgery. Any of these activities requires licensure to practice in Iowa. An unlicensed physician observer or a medical student observer may touch a patient to verify a physical finding in the immediate presence of a physician but shall not conduct a more inclusive physical examination.

  • Visit means the member is actually examined by a professional provider. Covered expenses include physician consultations with written reports, as well as second opinion surgery consultations.

  • CO means carbon monoxide.

  • Consult or "Consultation" means to provide:

  • Investigators means those persons authorised, appointed, consulted or approached by the Chairman of the Audit Committee and includes the Auditors of the Company and the Police.

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Senior Managing Agents means the financial institutions listed on the cover page to this Agreement as “Senior Managing Agents”.

  • Observers has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(c).

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

  • Representative means the indenture trustee or other trustee, agent or representative for any Senior Debt.

  • On-the-job training means training that is provided by an employer during the routine performance of a job.

  • Comment means the findings and recommendations of the Council for- mally provided in writing to the head of a Federal agency under section 106.

  • Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

  • Contact Persons means persons identified by the Parties as persons who are responsible for the execution of the Agreement and whose names are set out in clause 35 below and who can be substituted in writing from time to time;

  • Lead means the referral by a franchisor to a franchisee of a potential customer

  • Attendee or “Participant” means persons attending or participating in the Program as (i) a presenter, speaker, trainer, or student, (ii) the Judicial Council’s staff, and/or (iii) the guests of any of the persons listed previously.

  • representative office means any of- fice of a foreign bank which is located in any state and is not a Federal branch, Federal agency, State branch, State agency, or commercial lending company subsidiary.

  • Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1

  • Representatives means, with respect to any Person, the officers, directors, employees, accountants, consultants, agents, legal counsel, financial advisors and other representatives of such Person.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.
