In addition to the Certificate Administrator’s receipt of the Investor Certification to confirm that such Person is a Privileged Person, the Certificate Administrator may require acceptance of a waiver and disclaimer for access to the Investor Registry.
The Certificate Administrator shall not be responsible for verifying or validating any information submitted on the Investor Registry, or for monitoring or otherwise maintaining the accuracy of any information thereon.
Any person registering to use the Investor Registry shall certify that (a) it is a Certificateholder or a Beneficial Owner and (b) it grants authorization to the Certificate Administrator to make its name and contact information available on the Investor Registry for at least forty-five (45) days from the date of such certification to other registered Certificateholders and registered Beneficial Owners and such other certifications as the Certificate Administrator may require.
If any Certificateholder or Beneficial Owner notifies the Certificate Administrator in writing that it wishes to be removed from the Investor Registry (which notice may not be within forty-five (45) days of its registration), the Certificate Administrator shall promptly remove it from the Investor Registry.
