Investor Creditors definition
Investor Creditors means those Investors who (a) have not received or retained Redemption Payment(s) in an aggregate amount equal to or greater than their Investment from the Debtor, and (b) (i) have asserted a claim against the Debtor in connection with their Investment and/or (ii) have otherwise asserted a Claim for the amount of their respective Investments in the Debtor irrespective of the form of such Investment.
