Examples of Investment Request in a sentence

  • On the date of each Investment, the Administrative Agent will make available to the Seller, in immediately available funds, at the account set forth in the related Investment Request, the aggregate amount (which shall constitute the Capital of such Investment) equal to the amount of such Investment requested, to be funded by all Purchasers in respect of such Investment.

  • The Seller and Servicer shall cause (i) all Sold Receivables to be identified on each Investment Request in accordance with Section 2.02(a) and (ii) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of each Obligor’s Sold Receivables to be identified on each Information Package delivered hereunder.
