Investment Code definition

Investment Code means the Guinean Investment Code (Order no. 001/PRG/87 of 3 January 1987, as amended by Law/L95/029/CTRN).
Investment Code means the code adopted pursuant to the Recipient’s Law n°62-95/ADP dated December 04, 1995 modified by Law no 007-2010/AN dated January 29, 2010.
