Investigative Services definition

Investigative Services means, with respect to any Restricted Security selected by Customer, the efforts undertaken by Custodian to obtain information concerning the nature of the restriction on transfer of such Restricted Security and the requirements that must be satisfied in order to cause such restriction to be removed, and to provide such information to Customer.
Investigative Services means those services provided by a medicolegal death investigator in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, and shall include but not be limited to, attending the death scene, collecting records, drafting reports, photodocumentation, and any other services as may be necessary to assist the Justice of the Peace in determining cause and manner of death. During the investigation, the investigator will regularly update the Justice of the Peace with new information as received, the frequency of the updates to be as necessary and as determined by the Justice of the Peace. At the completion of the investigation, the investigator will complete a final investigative report to be provided to the Justice of the Peace. Investigative services shall be performed using the same standards and processes as for those cases investigated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County.

Examples of Investigative Services in a sentence

  • Commander, Office of Investigative Services, or his/her designee.

  • If a detective who is not approved for uniformed off-duty work disagrees with the decision, he/she will be allowed to appeal the decision to the Assistant Chief in charge of the Investigative Services Bureau for a review of the record.

  • If the Employer decides to fill a position in one of the areas listed below by transfer, the Employer retains the right to transfer members of the bargaining unit into the Executive Protection Unit, the Administrative Investigations Unit, the Highway Patrol Academy, the Office of Personnel, the Office of Investigative Services, Crash Reconstruction, Plain Clothes Investigator, and Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent without utilizing the provisions of this Article.

  • If the Employer decides to fill a position in one of the areas listed below by transfer, the Employer retains the right to transfer members of the bargaining unit into the Executive Protection Command, the Inspection and Standards Section, the Highway Patrol Academy, the Office of Human Resource Management, the Office of Investigative Services, Crash Reconstruction, Plain Clothes Investigator, and Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent without utilizing the provisions of this Article.

  • Involuntary transfers in Office of Investigative Services, Crash Reconstruction, and Plain Clothes Investigator shall be applied to employees who bid into such positions after July 1, 1994.

  • Members assigned to the Office of Investigative Services as plain clothes investigators and members assigned to the Special Response Team (SRT), who reside within a fifty (50) mile radius of their report-in location, may be eligible to commute to and from their residence in a state-owned vehicle.

  • The Chief of Police reserves the right for all personnel assignments within Investigative Services.

  • On May 22, 2018, Citizens issued a Request for Proposal No. 18-0031 for Special Investigative Services (the “Solicitation”).

  • The following provisions shall establish and govern the ratio of confirmed ranks and Detective Constables in the Investigative Services Division.

  • The Employer shall have the right to transfer members out of any non-field position at its discretion pursuant to the following: For the purpose of this agreement, a "non-field" position is defined as any position within the Academy, Office of Human Resource Management, Aviation, Planning and Analysis, Inspections and Standards, Executive Protection, Office of Investigative Services, Crash Reconstruction, Plain Clothes Investigator, CMV Trooper, Load Limit Trooper, or MVI Trooper.
