Inventory Valuation Date definition

Inventory Valuation Date means the last day of the most recent calendar quarter with respect to which the Borrower is required to have delivered a Borrowing Base Certificate pursuant to Section 6.1(d) hereof.
Inventory Valuation Date means (a) the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter of the Borrower with respect to which the Borrower is required to have delivered a Borrowing Base Certificate pursuant to Section 5.08(6) hereof or (b) if the Borrower elects pursuant to Section 2.01(d) or is required pursuant to Section 2.01(e) to deliver a Borrowing Base Certificate with respect to a calendar month subsequent to such most recent fiscal quarter, the last day of such subsequent calendar month.
Inventory Valuation Date means the last day of the most recent calendar month with respect to which the Borrower has or is required to have delivered a Borrowing Base Certificate pursuant to Section 6.1(f) hereof.

Examples of Inventory Valuation Date in a sentence

  • Within thirty-five (35) days after the end of each fiscal quarter, a Borrowing Base Certificate, with respect to the Inventory Valuation Date occurring on the last day of such fiscal quarter.
