Inventory Monetization Transaction definition
Inventory Monetization Transaction means a transaction pursuant to which a party advances funds to the Company against either (1) financing provided on an inventory title transfer basis or (2) an economically equivalent synthetic transaction pursuant to which the third party undertakes direct commodity price risk with respect to the relevant commodity inventory owned by the Company, in either case in relation to the Company’s inventory or supply chain of soybean oil, other renewable feedstocks and renewable hydrocarbon products at or to the Refinery, the Offsite Storage Locations or any other Approved Locations.
