Examples of Inventory Check in a sentence

  • The Tenant will attend, or appoint a representative to attend, the Inventory Check In. In the event that the Tenant does not keep a prearranged appointment, the Landlord reserves the right to carry out the Inventory Check-in without the Tenant in attendance and send a copy to the Tenant once prepared.

  • This Lease, the Inventory Check List and any other documents appended to this Lease, contains each and every one of the agreements under this Lease.

  • The Tenant will attend or appoint a representative to attend the Inventory Check In and Check Out and in the event that the Tenant or any Agent appointed by him shall not keep a mutual appointment made upon reasonable notice by the Landlord or the Landlord's Agent to check the Inventory the Tenant will be liable to pay the additional costs incurred by the Landlord in making and attending further appointments to check the Inventory.

  • Inventory Check In The Tenant will EITHER attend an appointment with an Inventory Clerk or the Landlord's Agent to check the Inventory at the commencement of the Tenancy OR will check the Inventory supplied by the Landlord or Landlord's Agent immediately upon taking possession of the Premises and without any Clerk being present and return the said Inventory to the Landlord's Agent with any written comments within 48 hours of taking possession of the Premises.

  • Where the Landlord requires an Inventory Check Out on the tenant vacation of the property in addition to the Letting Service, then additional fees charged will be £120 including VAT.

  • This option is only available if Coopers have organised the Inventory Check Out through Hinch Inventories.

  • The Security Deposit is refundable based on the "Inventory Check".
