Invensys. Invensys PLC (formerly ▇▇▇▇▇ PLC), a public limited company organized and existing under the laws of England and Wales, ▇▇▇▇▇ International Limited, a private limited company organized and existing under the laws of England and Wales, Deutsche ▇▇▇▇▇ GMBH, a private company organized under the laws of Germany and ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc., a Delaware corporation, collectively.
