Examples of Invasive Work in a sentence
The parties agree that the performance of a “Phase I” Environmental Site Assessment pursuant to ASTM protocol and/or any indoor air quality sampling or radon testing that, in any case, does not entail any penetration of the surface of the Property or collection of any soil or water samples, does not constitute Invasive Work.
