Invalidation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a)(ii)(B)(II).
Examples of Invalidation Notice in a sentence
In the event CARB notifies Seller in writing of the Final Determination of Invalidation of Compliance Instrument(s) which ▇▇▇▇▇ transferred to Seller and Seller confirmed such transfer, pursuant to this Section 9.3(a) (“Invalidation Notice”), Seller shall provide Notice to Buyer no later than ten (10) Business Days from receipt of such Invalidation Notice.
It is agreed that time shall be of the essence in Landlord’s delivery of an Invalidation Notice to Tenant in accordance with the foregoing, and if any such notice is not so timely and properly delivered within the period specified above, Tenant will rely to its detriment on Landlord’s failure to give such notice.
