Invalid Submission definition
Invalid Submission is defined as a submission which fails to satisfy the specifications or fields set forth in the IO or was generated through prohibited, incentivized or fraudulent means. Company shall not pay for an Invalid Submissions. Company’s determination regarding Qualified Submissions shall be final and binding on the parties.

Upon rejection of a Qualified Submission, or return of an Invalid Submission, ownership of such submission shall be returned to Publisher.
