Invalid Loan Documents definition
Invalid Loan Documents if the Agent notifies the Borrower in writing that the representation and warranty set forth in Section 2.1(f) would, if made on the date of such notice, be incorrect in respect of any of the Loan Documents, such condition continues for a period exceeding thirty (30) days without being cured to the satisfaction of the Agent, acting reasonably, and such incorrectness would reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the rights and remedies of the Lenders under the Loan Documents taken as a whole;
Invalid Loan Documents if the Agent notifies the Borrower or Petro-Canada in writing that the representation and warranty set forth in Section 2.1(g) would, if made on the date of such notice, be incorrect in respect of any of the Loan Documents, such condition continues for a period exceeding thirty (30) days without being cured to the satisfaction of the Agent, acting reasonably, and such incorrectness would reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the rights and remedies of the Lenders under the Loan Documents taken as a whole;
