Introns definition

Introns means the genomic DNA segments of a Gene, which are located between Exons. Beginning with the initiation codon at one end of a Gene and ending with the termination codon at the other end of a Gene, the goal is to obtain a minimum of ten (10) to twenty (20) bases and a maximum of one hundred (100) bases of sequence information from the Exon/Intron Junction into the Intron for every Intron within this genomic region.

  • However, should Consultant desire to retain such documents and receives Intron's written approval therefor, Consultant shall continue to treat the retained documents in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Consultant further agrees to make its employee Tim ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ilable to provide accounting and financial services to Intron, and to serve as the Chief Financial officer of Intron, or in such other capacity as may be designated by Intron's board of directors.

  • Upon mutual agreement by Intron and Domecq, all or part of said compensation may be paid in Intron's stock or options for such stock, at such valuation as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Consultant's unique knowledge and expertise being a fundamental consideration for this Agreement, neither this Agreement nor any benefit hereof shall be assigned by Consultant without Intron's written consent.

  • Consultant further 2 acknowledges that the unauthorized use or disclosure of any such information both during and after the term of this Agreement could seriously damage and interfere with Intron's business and business prospects.

  • Policy states that detainees may not be held in hold rooms for more than 12 hours.
